It depends on how far you want to take the room. We scope the work with you at the visit for flooring, tile, fixtures and finishes, and put every line in writing before the job starts.
Yes. Plenty of our bathroom work is flooring only, usually waterproof vinyl plank or tile, tied into the rest of the house.
We can. Tell us at the estimate visit how many rooms are involved so the scope and the schedule reflect the real job.
We carry general liability insurance and workers’ compensation, and can provide certificates before the job starts.
